What to Expect

When you come in for your first visit, we will ask you to fill out a New Patient Form, as well as a Medical Form. You can save time by clicking the link below to fill out our New Patient form before your first appointment.

During the appointment, our staff will get to know you and review your past medical and dental histories in order to provide you with the proper dental care. We will complete a full oral exam in order to help determine your dental needs.

How long will my first appointment take?

Your first appointment will take approximately 90 minutes. This will allow us to conduct a thorough review, and create a plan to meet your dental needs.

What will happen during my first visit?

During your first appointment, we will:

• Review your oral care history, including any issues you have regarding your dental health.
• Perform a complete oral exam including x-rays to assess anything that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
• Create a personalized dental health plan.
